 Maris Stella, located on the Atlantic Ocean in New Jersey, provides a rich resource for personal and communal nourishment for the mission and for renewal of the earth. Maris Stella is a center that provides a ministry of hospitality, offering space and encouragement to individuals and groups seeking physical, psychological and spiritual enrichment. It is also a place for study and reflection on the sacredness of creation.  Directions to Maris StellaThe mission of the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth is to proclaim and live the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our time and to place our gifts in service to others. We search for sources of nourishment that will sustain us in this mission of love and justice and we seek to identify resources that will broaden our understanding of how our ministry fits into the challenge of transforming the earth.
