One Day Option: Saturday, February 23rd, 2013 - 9:30am – 5:15pm

The traditional prayers of our youth and adult lives have enriched and nurtured our faith. As we evolve and grow deeper in our relationship with God we discover that there are many ways we are touched and experience the Divine. Join us this winter as we gather and explore many ways of praying. Through winter's starkness and stillness we will allow an atmosphere of silence to accompany us. Please bring a Bible and silk scarf with you.

 

Vigil Liturgy for Sunday will be celebrated at 4:15 PM. 

Overnight Schedule: Arrival & Registration Saturday 9:00am. Program will follow same timeframe as day option and continue Saturday Evening and Sunday morning.   Departure is Sunday at Noon.

 

Presenters: Roberta Feil, SC a former teacher and pastoral minister is currently a certified Massage Therapist, Healing Touch Student, and Spiritual Director. Presently she serves at Hope House, a Catholic Charities Social Services agency. She holds a BA and MA in Education, and Certificates in Spiritual Direction and Massage Therapy. She has a passion for Mother Earth and finds God in the midst of it all.

Maryanne Tracey, SC has experience as a teacher, an administrator, and a spiritual director. Presently she serves at the Elizabeth Coalition for the Homeless and is the Formation Director for her Congregation. She holds a BS and MA in Education, and Certificates in Spirituality and Spiritual Direction.   Her passion is to advocate for the poor and homeless.
