Images of God in Sea, Sky, and Sand

Sunday, June 16 – Saturday, June 22, 2024

elladauwerGod’s presence hovers over us by the side of the sea! Each day of the retreat will focus on an element of creation: water, wind, sun, clouds, sand, etc. through poetry and photography. Retreatants will be invited to tap into their own creativity to meditate more deeply on the day’s image.

This Guided Retreat will be conducted in an atmosphere of quiet conducive to prayer for oneself and others.  Quiet is maintained especially in the common areas and bedroom floors of the houses.  Breakfast and Lunch will be in silence.  Retreatants will share conversation at dinner.
