No Animals are permitted in Maris Stella buildings or property at any time.
All of the smaller houses are closed from mid November until mid March. Only St Vincent, Holy Family and St Anne are open in the winter time.

No food service is provided off-season; cooking facilities are available in each accommodation.

Summer rentals:
Bayside Houses available for: Sisters of Charity, Sisters of other Congregations, Seton Associates and Family members of Sisters.
Summer Rental:
St Vincent’s: Accommodations include individual (some double) bedrooms and community style restrooms, living and dining rooms. Three meals a day are included in the rental cost. Residents staying in other houses may purchase evening meals in advance.
